By accessing our site or services you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
Bunnary Beauty sells cosmetics and beauty products to customers in Cambodia through
https://bunnary.com. We also operate internal software that publishes our own marketing video
content to our own official social media accounts (including TikTok) via those
platforms’ official APIs.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US Dollars. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors,
suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it
for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
All content we publish, including product photos and videos, is owned by Bunnary Beauty
or used with permission. The video content we publish through platform APIs is content
we create or are licensed to use.
5. Third-party platforms
Our use of platform APIs (such as the TikTok API) is subject to those platforms’
own terms and developer policies, with which we comply.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Bunnary Beauty is not
liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Effective date” above shows the latest revision.
