This Privacy Policy explains how Bunnary Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the
website https://bunnary.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects information,
including data accessed through third-party platform APIs such as the TikTok API.
1. Who we are
Bunnary Beauty is a cosmetics and beauty retailer based in Cambodia, selling makeup,
skincare, nail and personal-care products through https://bunnary.com. For any privacy question

2. Information we collect
a) From our customers. When you browse or place an order we may
collect your name, delivery address, phone number, order details, and basic device /
browser information used to fulfil your order and improve our store.
b) From connected social platform accounts (TikTok). Our software
connects to our own official Bunnary Beauty TikTok account using TikTok’s Login Kit and
Content Posting API. With the account owner’s explicit authorization we access:
- Basic profile information (scope
user.info.basic) —
such as the account’s open id, display name and avatar, used to confirm which account
is connected. - Content publishing permission (scope
video.publish/
video.upload) — used solely to upload and publish or schedule video
content that Bunnary Beauty itself creates, onto Bunnary Beauty’s own TikTok account.
3. How we use TikTok data
TikTok data is used only to operate our own marketing publishing
workflow: to authenticate the connected Bunnary Beauty account and to publish or schedule
videos that we produce to that same account. We do not use the TikTok
API to access, collect, or post on behalf of any third-party users, and we do not use it
for advertising profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to publishing our own content.
4. How we store and protect data
Access tokens issued by TikTok are stored securely on our own private server
(an encrypted-at-rest database, restricted to authorized administrators), transmitted
only over HTTPS, and never embedded in client-side code or shared publicly. We retain a
token only as long as needed to operate the integration.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or platform data. We do not share
TikTok-derived data with any third party, except where required by law.
6. Data retention and deletion
You can revoke our access at any time from your TikTok account settings
(Security & permissions → Manage app permissions), which immediately invalidates
our token. To request deletion of any data we hold, email
[email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
7. Children’s privacy
Our store and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from
children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows
when it was last revised.
